M-TIP Referral Program

The M-TIP Referral Program makes it easy to share M-TIP with your friends and colleagues and get rewarded at the same time. For every friend or colleague that you refer who becomes an active M-TIP customer (an active M-TIP customer is one who has a tip transaction in the month of review), you will be eligible for a reward.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Program -

• You must be a customer of good standing.
• You must use your unique M-TIP ID to refer friends and colleagues to M-TIP in order to be eligible for the reward.
• Your friends and colleagues must sign up using your M-TIP (this is how we track referrals back to you).

Referrers will be rewarded as per M-TIP’s 4-tiered reward categories as follows

• Number 1 referrer(s) reward is KES 15000/-
• Number 2 referrer(s) reward is KES 7500/-
• Number 3 referrer(s) reward is KES 5000/-
• Number 4 referrer(s) reward is KES 2500/-

 

Where there are multiple referrers in one category in the review month, the reward will be divided amongst the referrers.

Referral accounts that are cancelled by M-TIP for any reason (non-compliance with M-TIP’s Customer Terms) will not be included in the Program.

M-TIP reserves the right to terminate a user’s involvement in the Program if M-TIP suspects that there is some abuse of the Program.

M-TIP may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and revised terms and conditions shall become effective immediately upon publishing.
